Lunch: Large Spinach Salad with Turkey, Tomatoes, Cheese, and a Hard-Boiled Egg in Honey-French Dressing / Water

Afternoon Snack: Pretzel / Almonds / Cinnamon & Honey Tea

Dinner: Acapulco Taco Salad (A salad from my favorite Mexican restaurant, Acapulco. It’s a protein fest featuring grilled chicken, beef, and shrimp over lettuce with fajita-style onions, tomatoes, and peppers.  It also has cheese and sour cream.  The shrimp doesn’t help my cholesterol either, so I won’t eat it very often.) / water

Before Bed: A handful of homemade granola and water.
